Neil Burton was appointed Collegiate UK Managing Director in April 2024. With a background spanning over 12 years as CEO/MD in the living sector, Neil has been at the helm of several influential global companies. From spearheading Nido as CEO to leading the Global Practice Group for Brand and Customer Experience at Greystar, his journey through the sector is marked by innovative leadership and a deep commitment to enhancing community living in PBSA, BTR, and Senior Housing.  Neil also has direct PBSA and residential operating experience in Portugal and Spain.
